The mixed chamber choir Vocalica was established in October 2001 by members of a mixed choir based for many years in Prague 4, Czech Republic.

Vocalica is a group of young keen singers who are more than glad to share the cheerful feeling from the music with others. We sing a wide repertoire of songs, from gothic and renaissance songs, through American spirituals and African songs up to current music and jazz.

St. Michal's Church, in Prague 1, V Jirchářích,  is our "permanent" concert venue where we regularly sing on our concerts for you, our audience. We are pleased that right us discovered such beautiful gothic jewel in the very centre of Prague.

We have rehearsals regularly once a week on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, and more often if necessary, in ZŠ (primary school) Uhelný trh - music classroom, Uhelný trh 4, Prague 1 in the very centre of Prague.
